Worst Courier Company

This is the absolute worst courier experience. Customer service was so rude when I informed them that the whatsapp chat isn't helpful. Had 1 attempt for collection, and then no communication from them further. Then I get told the attempted to collect 3 times...such utter nonsense and flat-out lies.
