Worst Courier

This company doesn't deserve the 1 star. Ram Couriers is the worst delivery company to deal with. I received a sms on the 9th saying my parcel is out for delivery and was not delivered. I called customer care on the 11th and they told me they will follow up. I then received a message to say my parcel is out for delivery which was still not delivered but the drivers report the no was home yet I was home the whole day and they did not show up. I received a WhatsApp message to setup a next delivery day which was for today and I still haven't received my parcel and when I called customer care they tell me no drive is in my area today and she will put a request through to have them deliver tomorrow. Does this company think we have nothing to do but just sit and wait for the parcel to be delivered at there own time they please. And customer service gives a damn all they say is there is nothing they can do from there side.
