Worst Company Ever
On Friday a parcel was supposed to be delivered at 08h30 in Blackheath, Cape Town as an Early Bird item but was only delivered at about 17h00. I had to wait at the office for your courier delivery guy. The excuse was that operations was running late the morning so they decided to skip me to make up for time. This means that the parcel was delivered more than eight hours late. This is unacceptable.
