WORST COMPANY EVER

I received a call from Rewardsco on the 15th November 2019 and they stated that I would receive my parcel within three days.

I just phoned RAM Hand to Hand Couriers to find out when my parcel would be delivered to me and I was told that it was going to be resent to the supplier due to 3 failed attempts to get the package to me. I was told that they tried to deliver it to me on the 18th and 22nd November 2019, to which I never received any phone call from anyone on those days.

I then got a call on the 26th November and was asked if I would be at home the next day to receive my package, I informed the call center lady that I was only available in the morning due to an emergency appointment. I then got a call from the driver when I was at my appointment stating that he was at the gate. I then told him that I was unable to get there and made an arrangement for them to deliver my parcel yesterday which never came.

This is the worst treatment a company like this can treat customers, because I will never recommend RAM Hand to Hand Couriers to anyone.
