Worst and Rude service

I again struggling with Ram NOT following instructions from Cell C. I Clearly stated and the instruction was for Ram to only deliver my package on friday.

I now rudely got told by some driver that i should get my facts straight and they don't care about instructions from Ram clients!!

When will Ram deliver my package and start listening to their clients??? Im not fed up with RAM not caring about clients from cellphone providers

When will RAM deliver my package? I am NOT on the office tomorrow. But only on Friday.

Its terrible how you deal with clients!!
Get management to call me to sort this out...

I will ensure, MTN, CELL C and VODACOM is well aware how ram deal with their long standing clients!!

I Clearly stated i am not in the office today!!! Yet you send the package to be delivered??? What a JOKE RAM IS!!! AND AFTER 10 MIN ON HOLD I GET NO BETTER SERVICE.

A MANAGER AND NOT SOMONE ON THE CALL CENTER NEED TO START ANSWERING COMPLAINTS NOW
