Worst and most unreliable courier service

Worst courier service ever. Empty promises and no delivery. When trying to contact them via their WA channel, I get a repeat of messages saying "We are sorry. This chat has reached its time limit". When I request for a call back, I get no response.

When I contact the Online Fulfilment Clerk, Makalo Nkiane from Builders Warehouse, through whom I placed the order, I get anxious error response saying "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now".

If you can, avoid Ram Couriers at all costs.
