Worst and disgusting service

My parcel was handed over to RAM on the 13th OF December, communication was received from them stating that the order will be delivered on the 20th, that delivery didn’t happen however an exception was updated on the portal but with no reason as to why the delivery failed, I then reached out to RAM to find out was was happening but no one bothered to attend to my query, I thought to myself it’s the festive season, maybe there’s a backlog and they will communicate, LOL if I kept on holding my breath I would have died l ”literally”. They had the opportunity to deliver the parcel on the 23rd, 24th, and the other 27th according to their tracking portal but to date my parcel is still awaiting delivery to the dispatch hub, funny thing is this same order was out on delivery on the 20th but all of a sudden is returned to the dispatch hub.

Today on the 30th I called reached out to RAM via call a couple of times and I couldn’t speak to any agent, I tried their WhatsApp chat box were I spoke to Rethabile and Jacob who both just disconnected the chat for no reason. The service from RAM is honestly disgusting, like why commit to provide a service that you clearly know you’re not going to be able to fulfill in the said time.

I’m a country with such a high unemployment rate you have *********** people like Rethabile and Jacob doing everything except assisting people who they’re employed to serve.
