WORST

I got a message stating my parcel has been handed to RAM. All was good but the house number. Ram has 14 B**** not 24 B****, all the rest is right. I have seen the details from vodacom stating 24 aswell so its not there fault. I called 8/4/25 at 08:07 ( please check recording to RAM help line ) and requested to change to 24 B***. Today i get sms its out for Delivery again to nr 14 not 24. I called again at 08:08 and was told it was not changed and they will have to send it back to the hub again !!! I tried calling George branch *** and the number does not exist anymore. When i try change it online with the number even listed it says incorrect details.
