Worse than the SA post office.

Utterly disgusting. After not delivering on Friday I was promised not to worry that delivery will take place on Monday. I then arrange to a day off on Monday and then sit here all day waiting for delivery, phoning several times during the day to follow-up and each time I am told someone will contact me.

Then at 13:30 I phone again and am told a driver will be dispatched at 15:00 which also did not happen. Then I follow-up again at 16:11 and am told that delivery won't happen today.

Pathetic!!!! And completely unacceptable. I will be cancelling my Vodacom contract thanks to you hopeless bunch of inept *****s.
