Worse than poor service from ram hand to hand Couriers

Hi. I'd like to review Ram and Vodacom for very bad service. Last week Tuesday I ordered a fiber connection from vodacom, the oder and contract was successful within a day. I was assisted by a lady called Chandre. My parcel was sent to ram. The parcel was supposed to arrive no later than Wednesday the 5th. Around 4pm on Wednesday I checked on parcel tracker and it said Unsuccessful Delivery Our courier attempted the delivery but was unable to complete it. Ram or the driver did not even attempt to contact me or vodacom about the problem. I took it upon my self to call and find out. I spoke to a very rude lady that told me the driver went to the address but didn't deliver because the waybill was not written I'm in a complex. I then called vodacom and informed them. I was assisted by a lady called Sibakazi. She told me she doesn't know how this happened because on her system the address was correct. She said she would escalate the matter. On Thursday same thing happened and I was told the very same thing that the driver couldn't find my address and they will escalate the matter. Monday same problem and same answers. Tuesday same problem and same answers. Vodacom gave them a more detailed address on Tuesday the 11th. On Wednesday the 12th(today) I received a call at 12:31 and was asked to confirm the new detailed address, unit number, gate number and block number. I was then assured that the driver is on route with the parcel and he will contact me when he get here. To my surprise at 15:34 the tracker said unsuccessful to deliver once more. I called and another rude lady answered and told me my address was incorrect, the driver couldn't find it. Yet the driver did not once more attempt to call me or text me when he got to the area and saw he couldn't find the address. After the call that didn't help at all I went to chat to another ram agent on WhatsApp. She was also rude to me and ended the chat without helping me in anyway possible
