WORSE SERVICE EVER
Ram couriers KZN is THE WORSE courier company ever. They are ***** and do not deliver on time. They **** about coming to do a delivery 3 times to my office and yet the driver did not show up. When I called them to find out about delivery the call centre agent told me he will get back to me in 10 mins, he never ever called. THEY ARE PATHETIC.

We will request the durban branch to try again( once three delivery attempts have been made, the parcel will be returned to the sender). We will pull the call recording and find the agent who promised to call you back and he will be dealt with accordingly. We apologize for the inconveniences caused. Kind regards
