Worse service ever

I have been waiting for my package since Monday from Ram, Tuesday they call me to confirm they will deliver on Wednesday, they never did and I called them they said it did not go out so I will get it on Thursday as there was no drivers available. Today I call them and they still tel me it did not go out again. You call 10 times for them to answer their phone and still don't get any help. They are useless I dont know why cell c uses them

I have been promised by a supervisor that it will be delivered today at half past 5 even though I finish work at 5 I will wait for them cause I'm writing my exams and I need that laptop so let's see if your management keeps their word
