Worse service ever

Ram hand to hand couriers has a bad customer services in the country. I place my order with Vodacom on the 2nd of June...I was supposed 2 have found my parcel on the 9th bt nothing as yet.no communication from them I call with no success emails went unanswered. Now I check my status its says parcel returned to sender. It's truly the worst services provider.
