Worse service

Worse company to use! Sure they’ll make promises but nothing gets done.

They first didn’t show up to collect the first 2 attempts and then on the day they’re supposed to deliver, I get a “miss routed” update when I try to track my parcel, I don’t think I’d ever use these guys, I assumed they’re a big company and they’re structures are in order but clearly not, waiting is not nice, we have things to do and spending a day waiting for something that’s not coming sucks
