Worse experience do not use RAM Couriers

First- and last-time using RAM couriers. I lost the cost of my purchase as well as the courier fees. Yesterday around 10am I made the payment, and the driver was allocated. later on, while tracking it showed the Sender never answered. The sender never received any calls (I asked Ram to provide proof and they didn't). Today the same driver was assigned at 9am and the item needed to be collected by 5pm because the sender is moving out. I called to ask that the driver contact me directly if there was any difficulties. I received no call only lies to state that the sender said it was already collected. The sender especially took a photo to show it was not collected. Worse experience of my life- I hate losing money senselessly
