Worse every so called hand to hand delivery service

This courier has disrespectful employees from the driver to the call center. They brought my Rain parcel, but due to the lockdown, my complex doesn't allow anybody or car that doesn't stay there to come in. The Ram courier instead of reversing or Parking on the side, they drove off and left me shocked outside. The driver was a lady and with her male counterpart. Tried calling the call center had to wait for 14 minutes to get someone to attend to me and they were even rude and demand I listen to them rather than calm me down as I frustrated and disappointed. Is it because I'm black that's why you treated me like that. In less than two minutes my parcel on their tracking website was marked as non delivery. Zero star service
