Worse customer service from Ram couriers

Worst experience ever. The Ram couriers canceled my delivery at the last minute when it was already out for delivery. Then I received a call from Kutlwano with unsatisfied customer service( just hung up on me after canceling my order) . After the delivery driver made no contact with me Kutlwano decided to cancel the order and reschedule the delivery for the next day. Waiting for my order the next day no contact was made with me upon calling the courier service I'm told I have to wait till next week as my order was not even dispatched for delivery at all as communicated by Kutlwano.
