Worse customer service
Worse service received . I’ve been on the phone since Tuesday with this courier service . They *********** and their call centre agents *********** . I’ve indicated that I will be leaving at 4 and it’s 4:20pm and courier service no we’re to be found . The driver called before 4pm and still not here . Doesn’t not even answer my calls

11 May 2023, 16:40The driver called me before 4 that they on the way it’s after 4 towards 5pm and the driver still not here when I have simple indicated that I need to leave at 4pm. Since 2 trying to find out how far the driver is with no luck. Call centre seemed not to know how far the driver it . At this point am even thinking of just leaving and canceling this contract due to the incompetency of the courier service . I shouldn’t be this stressing over delivery. I couldn’t move or do anything waiting for delivery . By 5 if the driver not here am leaving
