Worse courier since the invention of courier
The absolute WORSE courier service since the invention of the courier service. It has taken 2 months to get a 48-72hr service for my package. Twice “someone” cancelled the collection - certainly not me. Wow what a mess your business is.

Kindly note with immediate effect, RAM will unfortunately no longer be in a position to transport any C.O.D Firearm Services via RAM’s Website and / or Manual Waybill Collections. This decision has not been taken lightly and we regret any inconvenience to our long-standing customers that have utilized these services. My sincere apologies as this was supposed to have been communicated to you on time. Please confirm if you have received your refund as yet? Regards Lulu
