worse courier on earth

I ordered a SIM from Rain weeks ago and till today I received a message that my package is out for delivery and then no one pitches up. They keep capturing lies on their tracking tool to say they are unable to reach me, when i call them they say the driver is out to deliver. your service is horrible, I wounder why companies are using you. There are good companies like FEDEX
