Worse courier and client service ever

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered by Ram since Monday 14th of December 2020 but to no avail. I have been calling them on a daily basis to find out what's going on and I keep on being told we have arranged for delivery for the following day. On Thursday the service provider where i app**** the package from called me and advised me that they have emailed vodacom and verified my delivery for delivery for Friday 18 December 2020.Guess what today, Friday 18th 2020 I called Ram to find out if my parcel is out for delivery and not to my surprise, it's not out for delivery. Once again, someone from the service provider called and told me Ram will deliver on Monday 21 December 2020 but Ram has seen it fit to return the parcel... All I can say Ram has the worst service,has zero care for customer service.. I'd advise companies to stop dealing with such an *********** compay
