Worse Courier

Worse courier service ever, on 5th I waited for my parcel from rain the whole, only to find out as per their update at 5pm that vehicle broke down; then on Monday they send a sms saying parcel on the way, then again at 5pm I get a call and say they are on the way I should prepare proof of residence, then they don't pitch and update that proof of residence not available.Rain just lost a customer because this pathetic company.
