Worse / Attitude / Incompetend

Gems Medical aid dispatch your chronic medication on the 21/11/2017.. Got a phone call yesterday from RAM arranging the delivery to us. The arrangement was that we will go to the nearest town and that we will collect the medication from the couriers this morning. This did not happen. Got a phone call from the driver informing me that he will only complete his deliveries in aliwal north and then deliver my items afterwards. The got here at about +/- 15H00 ,,, stopping in front of your house ... using the vehicles hooter to get attention... my husband is sleeping, he is working night shift. this guys has a attitude, and is so rude and obnoxious ... i told him i will be laying this complaint and he said that it is fine and i must do it. also on the delivery note i wrote that this was not the arrangement and that he has a bad attitude and was *********** ... SERIOUSLY .... THIS HOW TO THREAD PEOPLE? LIES and Deceit and obnoxious attitude? You call this client service???? Think again???
