Words fail me

The processes and poor service delivery created 30+ yrs ago do not service your customers today. Having read a few reviews that were written in the past 3 days only, I'm left with a feeling of helplessness as there just seems to be no interest in delivering an even near good service. Parcel returned to Vodacom after I had arranged, with evidence, that it had been arranged and agreed upon. Right now, that's my issue. And everything others posted abt rude delivery staff who bang on gates, no prior arrangements, deliberate hooting, etc. is true for me too. But I wont complain about that also because nothing will be done abt that by the thousands of same complaints.
