Wonderful Service!!

I was struggling to have my cellphone delivered and I just would like to say thank you to Siyabonga Mabaso from the Customer Service Department who was able to keep me calm because I was already frustrated about the delivery that was late.

He was able to get in touch with the relevant people and the cellphone was delivered at the time he confirmed with me. He really provided me with great service and I would recommend that he be recognized for his efforts.
