Wonderful experience with RAM Couriers.

I had a wonderful experience with RAM Hand to Hand couriers. Despite the negative reviews they had, they were the only ones available to ship a cellphone from Gauteng to my son in Cape Town. The consignment was picked up within 24 hours by very friendly guys and I could soon track my parcel. I was a bit nervous when the delivery was taking longer than expected (I was not aware that they don't work on weekends and public holidays). On the day of the delivery, my son was in class and missed the call (he foolishly left the borrowed cellphone in his room). After checking the tracking update from RAM on the laptop, he frantically called me and rushed from campus to his residence. He retrieved the 'borrowed' cellphone and managed to locate the courier from the missed call. The courier promised to come back within an hour and my son received his brand new cellphone in tact. Despite everything else, they have surely exceeded my expectations. Keep up the GOOD WORK!
