Witholding delivery due to improper communication and shoddy admin
A delivery came to my door and I was suddenly asked to provide a hard copy of my proof of residence. NONE of the communications stipulated that in any way it would be needed before the delivery arrived. I was asked to go and get a print-out when I don't have the ability to produce one on the spot. Even after successfully emailing AND WhatsApp-ing the proof they still left without delivery. That is ridiculous and bad admin on your side.

12 Dec 2024, 15:14Apparently the customer support is worse than the delivery service, and trying to rectify anything with them will need hours. Phone call wa sjust dropped because the lady did not feel like dealing with the issue. I don't know how they still get deliveries if you look at the sea of complaints against them.

I was in full compliance as communicated and every day they are supposed to pitch up, they add new criteria previously uncommunicated. You have a 60/40 chance of actually getting something out of them. This will damage existing relationships with companies that use them.
