*********** with no idea how to stick to delivery dates!

I am not sure why companies like Vodacom continue to work with RAM Couriers. They have proven that they cannot be trusted with efficiency and service delivery. My package has been out for delivery on the app but daily I am told its the next day. I have called their warehouse even went as far as collecting it myself with my ID in hand but was plain refused my parcel. They are *********** and cannot handle or manage the turnaround we are promised. To make matters worse they will not answer the phone. If I was not desperate for that package I would have cancelled.
