WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALL

Can not find out if my package has been sent out as they won't take my call. They purposely disconnect me as they can see my number. If I call through the call center they answer, then pretend not to be able to hear me before hanging up. It is the same lady that answers in the Cape Town branch. All I want to do is have a question answered. I've been very polite through this whole process. Is my package on the truck for delivery today, do you have a depot I can collect directly from?
