Will my parcel ever arrive?

<p>I upgraded my Vodacom cellphone on 18 December and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 20th, it never arrived. On Wednesday 21st I phoned Vodacom and was given the contact details for Ram. I phoned them and was told it was already on the way to East London and would be delivered in the afternoon but I would be phoned first. I waited all afternoon, no delivery. On Thursday 22nd I waited all day and eventually phoned the call centre again and was given the contact details for the local branch. Phoned the local branch and was told it had not gone out for delivery, it would be delivered on Friday 23rd after 2pm but I would be phoned before 8am to confirm that. They also confirmed my cell number - they had the wrong one. On Friday morning I received no call so phoned the local branch again, the parcel had been booked out for delivery and I would be phoned if there was any problem with the delivery but it should arrive after 2pm. I got home at 2pm and waited, nothing arrived. I phoned the local branch at 4:45pm and they checked the system, it just said non-delivery. Again my phone number had changed on their system and was incorrect, i corrected it AGAIN. They phoned the driver, he said he'd been to my house and nobody was home. Again, I received no call and had been here since 2pm. The driver had now left my suburb and his solution was I should go to him. This was unacceptable! I spoke to the operations manager, he agreed this was wrong and advised that he would contact the driver and tell him to come to me immediately. Again I waited and nothing arrived and I received no phone call. I have just checked the Ram online tracking system and apparently the driver came to my house at 6:33pm and nobody was home. I was very much at home, waiting in my lounge and watching my front gate so that I wouldnt miss the driver or keep him unneccessarily. Unfortunately Ram does not have the same consideration, I have now spent 3 days at home waiting for them. I dont know where the driver is trying to deliver to or if he just marked it as "no one at home" because that's the easy way out and he was saving himself from driving back out to my suburb. I am really not impressed! Please Ram, deliver my parcel urgently and prove that your service isn't as bad as it appears to be!</p>
