Why have many pricing options when you're just going to have one service level??????????????

So RAM got my package on the 15th and delivered on the 21st. Should be good, on issue is the frustration of no communication and stalled update in the middle. 1. I took my time going through the pricing options and settled for their NEXT DAY option. Obviously that was more expensive. 2. Driver came and took the delivery quite instantaneously, kudos there. 3. As this was a package to cpt from jbg, the package was updated as going by road on the very next day, 00:49 to be exact. This was on the 16th. ---- this would be the status until just today (21st} that they then said package out on delivery. 4. Then the package is delivered to someone else who isn't intended recipient!!! Recipient had to go around the whole complex asking who the receiver was. I SURRENDER! Anyway, at least you delivered. Would have been nice to just let me know there isn't anything called fast delivery with you.
