Why does Vodacom even bother?

Why does Vodacom even bother? Worst courier in the country by far. Let's my wife know her package is out for delivery on Monday. I call to make sure whether it is morning or afternoon so she can be home. Neither agent nor driver knows . 30min later the driver is there but no one is home. Claims he will be back the next day. No one shows the next day. Third day now and for some reason Vodacom now has to give permission again to deliver. What the hell!? this is the fourth time and fourth contract in a row that is filled with *****ups and ****py communication. Will never use RAM for my personal courier stuff.
