Why do you have landlines???

My boyfriend ordered a RAIN sim and he got the SMS this morning telling us that the package had been picked up and was due for delivery. Naturally we were super excited at the thought of our uncapped WiFi being delivered today so we try call RAM to find out what time we should expect delivery... Guess what we got? Dropped calls and no one willing to answer the phone... It is now almost 2o clock... We've been calling the WHOLE DAMN day!!! Is customer service actually a thing with you guys???
