Why do Vodacom still use you?

I've been a long standing Vodacom customer that receives amazing service right until my items need delivery. Every single time I have to fight with RAM because my address sounds like a popular street in CPT CBD and they confuse the 2 even though my suburb AND code is clear. Every time they say they're going to correct the address and here I am again today. Luckily Vodacom took pity and called them themselves after my call was answered by probably the rudest customer service person I've ever come across. I wasn't patient myself, but to be spoken to like a 2 year old when they don't think what I'm saying is correct, is on another level. Vodacom, please find another courier. Once, twice maybe, but everytime? And thank you in advance for your apology that I'm sure will come through following this review. As you do all your bad reviews. I'll update with 2 stars IF my items get delivered tomorrow.
