Why can't I give 0 stars?

Same as everyone else here really, my order has been in delivery for 3 days, "Contact Not Available". Today I manage to glimpse the driver showing up at my gate, but before I can get off my porch to meet him, he leaves.

Customer service is unreachable and the live chat agents give generic messages and don't bother to assist when you ask.

I'm going to drive through to their address this afternoon and find out what's going on and get my package myself
