Who to blame between RAM and Vodacom

Vodacom why do you guys use RAM deliveries as they are useless,I placed an order last week Wednesday for a new phone and I have still not received it.I called vodacom on Monday to change the address due to the lockdown I then received a call on Wednesday from Ram stating that the address has not been change so I changed it with the gentleman from Ram.I am now calling ram and they are saying that they have not received authorization from vodacom to change the address.So now two companies are pushing the blame around when all I want to know is when will I get my phone as the current one I am using is falling apart
