Where is my Account manager/REP?
I work for a company that has an account with RAM, so we send out our fair share. I worked from home during the holidays and NONE of my packages were picked up - not a single one. With the note "incorrect address". I think I know where I live thanks, you weren't there. DHL was, FedEx was...not RAM. Now that I'm back at the office - same thing. Packages are rotting on my desk here with medical devices crucial to NICU patients. I've requested many times to know who my REP is as the one we had vanished into thin air with no introduction to a new one. This is unacceptable guys

12 Jan 2022, 11:51I have since re-booked these packages and they've eventually been picked up from the office.
I don't need those collected anymore... what I need is:
1. To know who my rep is so I can hold someone accountable.
2. I need my regular driver Jeremy vd Ventel back, because that man does not miss a beat, he always gave me the most excellent service - I don't know where he's gone, but since he's been gone or on leave or something...its chaos.
