When you go out for delivery notify people you are going to deliver to.. that’s if you even go to their areas

Ram couriers is highly ***********. I was supposed to get my parcel through them , I had supp**** my work address and apparently they went to my work address at about 17h00-18h00 which I’m not really sure they went but to my suprise I received a call from their office at around that time telling me that their delivery people were outside my premises and they had left… without notifying me that they are at my area whereas I supp**** my phone numbers, I mean how do you come to an area for delivery and not do the actual delivery? Isn’t it also a petrol cost to the company itself? I’m writing this review very hurt because of my experience with this company, it is very poor it even hurts…
