What’s wrong with this company !
Yesterday I received a message saying my parcel was out for delivery . 15 minutes later my delivery status changed to unsuccessful delivery. I called customer care and was assured the parcel would be delivered around the same time the next day. This morning I call customer care again to find out if I could possibly get an ETA or the couriers number so I could organize someone to pick up the parcel and spent 5 minutes on the phone with an agent asking me the same question twice and telling me information I had seen on the tracking site . I decided to chat with and agent on WhatsApp and got the rudest response from Raheed , no help whatsoever and now that I’m reading the reviews i am begin to panic as it seems to be a reoccurring event for this company - No call to indicate delivery of parcel and rude agents. How does a delivery company refuse to give you an ETA !!

Unfortunately for safety reasons and the amount of high jackings we experience on a daily , we do not provide ETA to any of our clients .
Delivery was attempted yesterday morning , our office even tried calling your number twice , it went straight to voicemail so we could not arrange a delivery .
We will re attempt your delivery today

There should be some type of way to communicate with customers when they would possibly be able to get their deliveries. So we should wait from 7 am till 5 pm , waiting for a courier to call and tell us they have arrived ?
