What's up with my parcel

Placed and order last month on othe 23rd April 2025. Now May and parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of May 2025 still has not been delivered. Excuse is that the driver did not manage because he ran out of time. Monday on the 5th of May I tracked my parcel it was out for delivery but it was not delivered. Tuesday morning my parcel was out for delivery but still not delivered I called one of the courier drivers and told me that he doesn't have my parcel since he was going to do deliveries at my area. Today 7th of May nothing happened.
