WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE???
Absolutely no customer service. Arrange for my parcel to be collected yesterday, had to pay before I received any service and here I am one day later still waiting for the parcel to be collected. My tracking tells lies (parcel was not ready for collection) My parcel was ready before I asked for collection.
