What a frustrating esperience!!

I've always had great service from RAM... untill today! Ordered some goodies and the company had obviously couriered with RAM, as they always do. Upon receiving my tracking number, I thankfully checked the process. My package was on its way to Johannesburg! When the waybill address clearly stated East London. How you get two provinces confused? Anywho... thanks to the amazing company sorting everything out, my parcel was finally on its way to the correct address. One would think that it could only be smooth sailing from there... nope! The guy delivering my package had no idea where it had to be delivered to, asking for specific directions on multiple times. One would think that the guys would have GPS. The guy even wanted to suggest delivering to a Spar that was literally 4 minutes away!! 7 phone calls later, yip 7! (And at work) I finallly got my parcel. Very dissapointed this time around with your service.
