We have been having a huge problem with a certain supplier, which is leaving us, the Client to try and sort out the mess they created. Also resulting in us having to contact the courier service they used to try and resolve the matter. That Courier service is RAM Hand to Hand Couriers. Allan from RAM Hand to Hand Couriers has been very helpful. Both times I phoned the call centre I was lucky enough to end up speaking to Allan. He offered GREAT service, he is very efficient and very helpful. Thank you for giving such great service, assisting us to the best of your ability. Even though the problem is not with RAM, he still tried to help us as best he could. One does not find many of his kind in good customer care/service these days. Thank you and a thumbs up from us.
