Website and Consultants useless

I'm being frustrated by your website and your consultants, since yesterday I've been struggling to send go beyond stage 3 on your website it give me a message that the string was incorrect. When I call your office I'm being transferred from pillar to post everyone is clueless some guy even took my number and say that he will find out from IT guys once they back from tea break what the issue is. I'm still waiting
