Waybill but no tracking information??

Ordered a new phone from Vodacom online and everything went smoothly until I got the message stating my package has been handed over to there partner courier. I received a Waybill number two days ago, but when I try to track it states there's no tracking available? I need this new phone, but I don't even have any information on where the damn thing is? Vodacom can't do anything, since it's out of their hands now. I start work next week and won't be home to receive the package. When I try to call customer service it just rings?? This is seriously the worst experience I've ever had with a courier company.
