Wasting your time, money and lying about deliveries

Very bad, via online tracking they state they did not get hold of me, without phoning or anything, they claim no answer, I called them and confirmed contact details only to read onkine AGAIN they apparently did not get hold of me. I live in a estate thus guards etc and telephonic system... So dont waste your time, as they WILL waste yours!!!

My cell is *** and email *** I have again phoned this morning and was advised by a kind lady I nust give her credit that she will send it through to be dispatched, I guess we will have to wait and see, thabk you for your response
