Waste of your time.
I have never experience just ****ty service from this stupid courier company . I honestly do not understand why Vodacom even bothers with these idiots. They have a so called contact number that a person can contact but does not even work or ring. Live chat agents do not even reply or attempt to reply. What else am I supposed to do? It stated on my tracking that it will be delivered but nothing has happened. Please do not make use of RAM , they will only frustrate you and waste your time and airtime. Wish there was a negative 5 star review.
