Waste of time!!!

I would suggest that no one uses this courier service, if I had a choice in the matter I definitely wouldn't use Ram!

I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday, I called them first thing (8am) explained that I would not be home between 10am and 12pm therefore would like my parcel delivered before 10am or after 12pm. The person I spoke to told me that my package would most likely be delivered after 12 and that they would call 30mins before delivery. At 10:20am I received a call stating that the delivery guy is outside my gate, I again explained that I specifically called to advise that I wouldn't be home between 10 and 12 to which I was told no special notes were put on my delivery - whose fault is that??? After numerous calls to them once I was back home I was put on hold and waited for what seemed like forever to be told the delivery guy is on his way to me, guess what a day later I'm still waiting. Apparently he was outside my gate at 5pm - if this was truly the case, the delivery guy would know that I live in a complex and would need to call me in order for me to let him in (another specific detail I left when I called the morning). So here I am a day later and no sign of my package. I called up again this morning and have not been able to get anywhere, I was told that I would get a call back. I then called FNB as the order was placed with them, I was advised that my package will be delivered tomorrow - my first question is - does Ram pay me to sit around and wait for their courier service to rock up at my door and hope they can use their own inituitive to call me when outside? Do I seriously have to wait around for 3 days for my package?? This is unacceptable and inconvenient to say the least! I will not be around tomorrow anyway, I would like this matter sorted out today and no later!!!!
