Walking to fetch my parcel would have been quicker.

WOW! I've been waiting for two days for a parcel, both days I was told someone would deliver. Looks like it will only be tomorrow which is three days. This is getting ridiculous. I claimed for a cellphone so I don't currently have a phone and until this parcel arrives, I can't replace my phone. I need my phone for work and this has been a huge inconvenience.
