WAKE UP IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT CUTOMERS
I am dissapointed at the complete lack of follow through by this company. I phoned at 10 today to enquire when the courier will deliver my parcel, also because the address given is a residential address and I'm obviously at work and may need to make a plan etc. The consultant advised that she will speak directly to the ops manager and get back tome. Well its now 14.47 and I phone back and get placed on hold for ages, I'm still holding while writing this=No feedback. This parcel arrived on Saturday at isando yet its still not delivered and no feedback. Come on guys, how hard is it do this..really this is very poor. Another reason not to use ram. waybill:RW***4

My sincere apologies and will investigate as to why nobody has rep**** back to you. This is a Next Day service which means it will be delivered anytime before 17h00.
I am make arrangements for the courier to be at your premises by 16h00 will you be available?
